Max video duration of 7 minutes

Video: MP4, AVI, or MOV
File Size Limit: 1.5GB

Each gets 9 minutes total, split into:

The submitted video plays during their slot (run by the technical team)

2 minutes for Q&A with panelists and participants

Each gets 7 minutes total, split into:

5 minutes to summarize their presentation

✦We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to test your presentation with our technical team before your turn to ensure everything runs smoothly.
✦ Winners will be announced at the end of the congress.
