These Terms & Conditions describes the practices of ENDO Dubai. 

We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time as it deems fit.

 

PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

 

Once a package is purchased,  the participant automatically agrees to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

 

REGISTRATIONS:

​

• The email address you used upon registration will be used for all congress communications.

• The registration and access once purchased is not transferrable and cannot be refunded

• Access on the congress will depend on the package you registered for.

• You are advised to download the newest ENDO Dubai Mobile Application at Endo Dubai (event.do) to access the exclusive ENDO Dubai 2023 content, networking opportunities and get notified about the latest congress updates.

• All personal details are kept safe and private by the organization, but we will get your consent to release the data to any of the official partnered organization of ENDO Dubai 2023.

 

 

CME CREDITS:

 

• Daily registration is MANDATORY. Each day has a corresponding CME points.

• The congress certificates with CME credits will be only available after ENDO Dubai 2023

• Your attendance will be validated prior to the release of certificates.

• Each participant is only eligible for a maximum of 7 Certificates with CME Credits:

  • Congress Attendance Certificate

  • 2 Workshop Certificates on the first day

  • 2 Workshop Certificates on the second day

  • 2 Workshop Certificates on the third day

 

• Total CME credits are based on your congress and workshops activities.

• Total CME credits are flexible and will depend on your congress participation with regards to the above eligible sessions.

• Each participant can earn a minimum: (Still depending on the attendance in total)

  • 3-day Onsite Attendance - 20 CME credits

  • Workshops - depending on which type of workshop (maximum 2 WS per day)

• Each participant can only earn the CME credits by fully participating on the 3-day onsite activities

WEBSITE & PARTICIPANTS PORTAL:

​

• All registered participants are eligible to access the website and mobile app.

• The access must be only used by the registered participants. Any proof of misuse might result to termination of your access

• Keeping or saving a data privately/personally from the website without approval might result to termination of your access and subject to copyright act of 1976

• All personal details are kept safe and private by the organization but we will get your consent to release the data to any of the official partnered organization of ENDO Dubai 2023.

 

 

CONTESTS:

• Winners on each category (free communication and video) will be announced on ENDO Dubai 2023

• The candidates for the live presentation will be chosen based on the standard criteria of selection.

• The award will only be granted to the registered candidate who participated during the live session and cannot be redeemed as cash or any kind of offer.

• There will be 3 winners for each category. All winners will receive a FREE registration to ENDO Dubai 2024.

PAYMENTS:

​

• Once you make a payment for your registration to the congress, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

 

• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Registration cancellations are only allowed received in writing at the ENDO Dubai 2023 (endodubai@mis-academy.com) within 7 Days from the day of registration. It will be accepted and all fees refunded with a less of US $50.00 as an administrative fee.

​

You must show the proof of your purchase.

 

Cancellations received after the period mentioned above the full amount will not be refunded; however, a transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by emailing us with a formal request within a month of cancellation.

​

In the unlikely event that the congress is cancelled, any travel or accommodation costs incurred by delegates will not be refunded.
